ITB BERLIN TOURISM EXHIBITION 2025

We are very happy to inform you that Zanzibar Islands will be participating on ITB Berlin Tourism Exhibition 2025 (4-6 March 2025)

We will be exhibiting on 100sqm (12.8m x 7.8m) Hall 21A opposite Tanzania next to Kenya, Zambia and Malawi (Floor Map to be shared soon), interested members/companies are required to confirm their participation by filling the attached participation form and send it us through marketing@zato.or.tz or info@zato.or.tz.

Participation fee is $3,000 per Company or $1,800 per Company Sharing

Price includes:
–     2 Entrance badges per company
–     2 Chairs and 1 exhibiting desk
–     Use of shared main inside table for private meetings.
–     Your Company Details to be displayed on ITB Catalogues, website and Social media as Exhibitor
–     Soft drinks and snacks.

Price Excludes:
–          Flight Tickets Zanzibar – Berlin Zanzibar
–          Visa and Travel Insurance cost
–          Accommodation and Meals in Berlin
–          Item of personal nature

We have got 24 open spaces for exhibitors, we are using first pay first serve mechanism, deadline is 20 December, 2024, our plan this year is all Exhibitors to be ready for Visa applications by last week January.
